Game screen capture - I tend to use MSI Afterburner for videos (which is in beta) but it does a good job in doing audio and video. If it's a Steam game, then the Steam screenshot manager works as well.
Normal screen capture - VirtualDUB. Used it since uni and never looked back since. :)
