The gif image was in a large size, so i cut down the scale and set to 128 colors.
Some problems in making otherwise noting.

It's been bothering me since I first saw it and now that I've actually seen the anime it's quite obvious. The gif is too long and unnecessarily repeats a bit, making the loop a bit wrong. Would be better if you deleted the last 11 frames (29 to 39). *nods*
