Yup from 8:15-8:40 is Nero summoning her Nobel Phantasm. It starts off white and fades in with blossoms in the air then shows Nero then the Theater then it flashes white where I want it cut that way it appears to be a seamless loop and then a second gif at 8:15-8:30 which shows just the bit with Nero.
