During the class, a slutty girl who was apparently comfortable with me, decides to take my cellphone and text all the people in my contacts, which cost me about $100.
So to get my revenge, I took her phone and texted about 10 people just random crap.
Here, she gets pissed and slaps me across the face.
What the fuck should I do?

PS. She has a text plan, so she doesn't pay for any texts

I'd rip her my $100 back. And also pay my slap debt.

Civil Lawsuit for assault, :D unfortunately hiring a Civil Lawsuit Lawyer would cost more, but if you play your chips right you'd make more money.
