So I'm guessing you met her in class and after your driving lessons you won't ever see her again? If that is the case just threaten her about going to court or calling the cops for theft and identity theft. She did steal your phone and started txting randomly as you. If she still doesn't give you ur $100 then try actually calling the police if your really pissed about it. If not then your better off just letting this issue go and let karma have it's ways.

I think it's called a valve stem tool or a schrader valve tool. it's used to unscrew the valve button inside the stem. it's lets the air out faster than holding the valve open. if you put them back, you have broken no law, since you have done no permanent dqamage. slashing the tires is vandalism. i did it once. by the time i got all four out, the first tire was flat and i could put the valve back together. if the person is exceptionaly stupid, they might asume the tires are ruined, and buy four new ones.
