Went to anime expo twice. I thought it was pretty cool, mostly went to see all the cool cosplay, there was rumors of cheaper anime at the booths of sellers, but that was a straight up lie.

Went in 09 and it was a great experience. Went back in 10 and it was even more bad ass! Got a bunch of doujins there! :D

C-Con last year and hopefully next year. had lots of fun and bought a "I Read hentai for the articles" shirt. course this was all enhanced by my lack of paying for entry bc i volunteer, which was a cool way to meet people.

As an artist, I bring my sketchbook around with me. And in that sketchbook is half my 18+ art.
There was this one time on the bus after the convention. I was near the back and I sat down. I didn't realize it but my bag was ripping and my sketchbook fell out, right on one of these drawings.

I would like to go someday. The biggest issue with me is that none of my friends are interested in anime. I've considered going by myself, but I think it would be a lot more fun to go with a group.

I have been to 2 where i live and they are quite fun and i love to buy stuff! but i have to save up most of the year because i like to buy a lot of stuff. its a great thing to go so you can meet people who love anime/manga!

I went to Anime North this year and it was me and my friends first time. Lots of cool interesting people and panels too. There were way too many weeaboos there but whatever. Aren't there always some at conventions anyway
