I'm kind of a horror junkie so I thought I'd see if anybody else here was. Classic horror, zombies, gore, whatever you like post up some titles here.
Watched this movie "Frontier(s)" recently and it was very good. Crazy nazis living in france, doing horrible things to people. Worth a watch if you're into gore.

Saw a flick called Splinter a few weeks back. It's a pretty good independent film with a relatively no-name cast. What I love about the movie, however, is the monster. Concept-wise, I've never seen/heard of another movie monster like this. It's been a while since I've actually been scared by movies anymore, so I don't really know how to judge it's scare-rate, but it's got a good deal of gore and few scenes with some action. All-in-all, I'd recommed it if you wanna see something a little new or if you feel like watching dismembered body parts attack people on their own.

Both Splinter and Dog Soldiers are fucking excellent movies. As far as Splinter goes I agree that it has a really interesting and original monster, and they do some wild shit with that movie. The arm scene. Anybody who has seen it will know what I'm talking about. Fucking awesome.
Also, Dog Soldiers is literally one of my favourite movies ever. Even if you're not into shit about werewolves you need to see it. It also has one of the best "last stand scenes" -ever-. Epic. As. Shit. Watch it.
Another recommendation I have is a funny but still really cool horror flick from the 80s (remade recently too)
Night Of The Demons

I do like horrors, but sometimes i can be a bit of a pussy :D
that's why i like anime horrors. You get all the excitement and thrill but nothing reall 'scary'. When i was watching higurashi, i felt sick at the gore scenes, but goddam was it exactly what i was looking for :D Thrills ftw

is teh shit.
Agreed. I'm hoping the prequel does it justice. The Thing doesn't need CG, just a shitload of physical effects and good old fashioned buckets o'blood.

[font=Verdana][color=green]I find horror movies to be boring. Their whole meaning of existence, to scare the audience, falls on deaf ears over here. I know it's fake; no amount of suspense or special effects can change that. Thrillers are better; much more intelligent.

I haven't seen The Great American Stuff movie or The Guinea Pig movies, but I've seen the other three and -love- them. Especially the Hellraiser series. Gonna have to watch the others, though.
Oh pinhead, if you weren't a man, and weren't fictional, and weren't from fucking hell I'd totally do you.
