How Do You Like Your Fries?

I normally prefer steak cut or wedges, but if I am in a diner then I get them with mozzarella and gravy.

Natural Belgian fries....the best...still want more...with some melted cheese from down there...
Just kidding, mine's are: crunchy, but soft inside. Mayo, cheese are a must for me. No ketchup or Spicys, lastly ate it together with everyone!

I like them crunchy, but soft inside. Along with the right portion of salt. Fries with potato skin are welcome, I actually like them.
Whether I add them ketchup, hot sauce or eat them as they are depends of my mood, but I enjoy all three of them.

There this hot sauce you can only get in the central coastal areas of California called 'pepper plant'. Made in Gilroy with fuck ton of garlic. Great on fries and anything.

I'll eat my fries in any way, as long as it doesn't have mayo. *shudders* Apparently, fries are big in Belgium. So I got to try many fries combinations this past week.
Fries originated in Belgium so it would probably be common to see them there.
Wellll, [size=10]I didn't know that at the time. =-=[/h]

Cut em medium thick, skin on, let em soak for 20 minutes to get the starch of, cook em in peanut oil for a minute and a half, take em out, let em sit for a least 15 minutes, to probably an hour, cook em again for around 2 minutes. You'll get a soft fry with somewhat baked potato like insides that'll melt in your mouth. Season with a bit of salt. Best fries I've ever had.

I cannot unsee that which is godly and memorable. ;~; I miss living in upstate New York.
UGH, on the topic of greasy buckets of fries, I usually like my fries thick, pre-blanched in water, cooked to a well-done dark brown crisp, tossed with a paprika-sesame-seed salt, and served with tzatziki on the side. Of course, I can't get it custom like that unless I make them myself, so I have to get them just well-done when I'm out

I absolutely love fries that aren't too greasy, cut thick, and crunchy, especially with ketchup. Darn it, now I'm hungry...
