How much can you bench?

                        My max back in the day was a round 100kg. So about 220lbs. 
Not much when I look at Gugus lol. But then again, I wasn't doing the whole thing for long.

                        I never did a lot of weight because as a swimmer I didn't want bulky he-man arms. I wanted more tone then bulk. So I'd do like reps of 110 lbs to 130 lbs.

I know man, now a days I have to bench ten bulls to stay in shape and that's after I box with a kangaroo for three days straight.

Yeah keeping a clean and pure body is key. The trick is to never drink any water. You have to exercise your kidneys by chugging a ton of sodas.

Well it's important to note that everyone is different too. Some people prefer keeping muscle by discipline in not ever eating. However if you just can't beat your sweet tooth then throwing up is a great alternative. Remember for the best results you should use ipecac.

Exercising till' you puke, doing 2000 squats and skipping meals is idiocy at it's finest and has nothing to do with fitness or sports at all.
If you want to slim down, you cut down on your calorie intake.
If you want to gain muscle then you up your protein intake and calorie intake.
There is no such thing as spot reduction, toning is for weak willed dim-wits and if you're cutting then YOU WILL lose muscle (as well as fat).
