Yeah you can quick date but sometimes it can lead to two heart broken instead of one. You just got to tell yourself your great and that there's better fish in the ocean, and you'll meet one one day thats meant just for you

I think it's been mention already. But time will ultimately help you overcome a break up. I know it did for me. Stuff like drinking, fapping to someone else and what not just helps to ease the pain at first.
Am I the only one who say UPS as U.P.S. the delivery service?

                        Honestly, do these things:
1.) First you need to remember the times you were together.
2.) You must end a relationship well in order for you to start a relationship well
3.) Do not jump into a relationship where you still feel something for your ex(this maybe in a form of anger, sadness or happiness)
4.) Feel angry, sorrowful, sad and eventually you will get over it and be happy again
5.) After step 4, you will be relieved and you will be healed.
Listening to soft music helps in the remembering process. Write letters about how you feel(step 4), read them over and over again. Always remember that jumping into a new relationship without completely healing your heart is a VERY BAD IDEA. You will just extend your hurt and sadness. Also, time is not enough. Imagine a wound, without proper first aid and medication, it wouldnt heal completely right? So, by applying the things that I have mentioned above, you can heal that broken heart of yours.

I've never thought anyone ever completely gets over a break up.
"They tell you it will only get better over time; when in fact it hurts more."
Not sure how true that quote is, but it does bring up an interesting point. I don't think I'll ever completely get over my last girlfriend. I really loved her, and things were going great for awhile, but eventually distance and little differences in our personalities crept up and things started to fall apart during the holiday season one year, and then she broke up with the following February.
We may have been young (she was sixteen and I was seventeen) but I totally felt like she was the one. We talked about finding a way to go to the same college and then getting married, but making plans so far in advanced rarely turns out for the better.
Anyway, enough about my own personal experiences. Regardless of whether or not someone is capable of ever getting over a break up, you do eventually think less about it over time. Keeping yourself occupied with just about any activity is sure to help.

You should not get a new girl just for the sake of healing that wounded heart of yours. Most especially if you don't even love that girl. You'll just make things worse and you would probably be able to hurt someone's feelings.
Just do your usual hobbies that would make you forget about your break-up. Stuffs like that are a part of our life but eventually we would be able to get a hang out of it as time goes by.

The best method to get over it, in my opinion, is to just wait it out. It will heal in time, trust me. It may take half of a year, but the hurt will eventually go away. trust me, I've had my fair share of break ups to know how to deal with them.

So true. You need to release all of your remaining feelings for him/her.

First thing is to let out all the anger and frustration, drink alot, fap a lot, watch Clannad or RxJ until you cry yourself to sleep, play violent video games and such until you calm down.
Second get some closure, make sure that it is really over between you two and get on with your lives.
????
Profit.
