So today I made Pate Sablee and Spritz Cookies also some made the dough for Sourdough and tomorrow we bake it.
I also get to decorate a cake tomorrow. Which'll suck because I can't decorate.
and if you guys want recipes just ask. I only have it written down in Ounces though not cup or spoon measurements.
and shag make an Italian Buttercream it's without a doubt the best frosting to put on a cake.

Every time i bake a cake, it domes in the middle. is there something i can do to stop that, or is the only solution to shave it off after to make it level?

Best thing to do is wait for about 20-25 minutes before even opening the stove depending on the cake.
