I am fine with my own country.
..
Well, that's just a lie.
If I have the chance to stay/live in another country which is better than mine, then I will gladly take it.

I wish has been to live on Japan forever lol, it has been for some years now.

I'd check out Before You Know It (BYKI). It isn't a comprehensive language system, like Rosetta is (I'm pretty sure), but a vocabulary builder instead. Uses a pretty cool flashcard system to teach you a whole bunch of different vocabulary lists. The people that make it (Transparent Language) also have a full system which I'm guessing is similar to Rosetta; haven't had first hand experience with that myself, but I've heard it's pretty good as far as language systems go (obviously immersion will always beat a program.)
If you're on the "good" side of the law, you can download BYKI with a couple of lists for free to see if you like it. And the entire package is like 1/3 the price of Rosetta.

It used to be a dream of mine, but with all the chaos going on with earthquakes, and now radiation issues, I really don't know how viable that dream is (I don't want to be in a place where over an extended period of time I could end up getting radiation poisoning or worse).

Meh, not really. I'd feel out of place like a motherfucker. I'd be literally head and shoulders above almost everyone in the country...
Not enough room either, I like having wide spaces and all that, and for the most part, that really isn't there. I'm assuming I'd be shacked up in a city, seeing as that's where the majority of the jobs would be.
I'd visit sure, maybe hang around for a while if I found a reason to, but I'm fine with the 'ole US of A.
