22 and still have the V-card... wouldn't exactly say I'm proud of it, but I'm not desperate. I've seen the desire to get laid cause fights, cause completely good dudes to act like complete douchebags, and end friendships. I'll never get so desperate that ide let the desire to have sex come between me and a good friend. Infact, I don't really care about sex at all, the only thing i really regret so far is that I've never had a girlfriend.

Hm, 21 here and soon to be 22. I suppose it really isn't a concern right now for me and I can't put it into a good or bad category. I'd actually much prefer just finding a girl who likes me for who I am and all that nonsense (its not nonsense lol). Gotta keep trying and stuff.

Also zaff, having a girlfriend is ok and all. Its not all rainbows and sunshine much as I would've liked it to be. Communication, understanding, forgiveness(minor things not big things), and so on are all pretty important. That said maybe I'm making judgements based on the one relationship I've had. 23 almost 24 non-virgin here. Aaand I have to say I am still really horny and want to have a lot more sex lmao. Really colorful and maybe kinky sex too so that that aspect of my life will have been very interesting. I want to take advantage of my youth. I'll probably try to settle down in a few years after I've satisfied some of those urges because I do want kids one day too.

More OT: Ehh, I think the virgin pride thing is a little fake. I don't think most people WANT to be or remain a virgin. Not the best example, but, I have epilepsy ('cause of chemicals not flashy lights) and I don't go around saying, "Fuck yeah epileptics!!!"

When I was 17 I unknowingly went over to a mates house to sleep over and his current girlfriend was there. anyway i thought she was going to leave because they were starting to get serious (they were doing stuff to each other next to me at the cinema) but she never left and was staying the night. while this was all going on all of us were v plates. and while she was over they started getting it on with out me knowing, behind me, while i was watching a video on his computer with headphones. then they start going at it. the episode finishes and i turn around and only 1 of us left that room with a V plate. i have felt shame for my family ever since.

It's virginity not a Nobel Peace Prize, I don't see what's to be proud of really. I'm a 19 and a virgin, it's just a choice not something I won or bought. There are too many other things going on for me to be concerned about my virginity.

In my own opinion, I prefer to only date non-virgins. I don't want to be someone's first. It's not that I think little of 'having to teach someone', it's... well, you never forget your first. They hold a special [if good, resentful if bad] place in your heart, and if I'm being honest... I don't want a guy to be clingy or soft or attached to me for reasons other than how good our companionship really is. I'm frankly disgusted by soft men. Largely because I myself am a pretty soft girl, relationships need balance to work out optimally. If both parties are sappy, emotional messes, nothing gets done.

Well thanks. But don't worry, I don't mean to just laze around( though I'm really good at it ) and wait for the promised girl. I don't even think I already want 'the one', I just want a true girlfriend, maybe we'll break up in less than a year( or a semester, I mean, the exam period makes me kind of irritable...) but, for one, I don't want to feel like my cherry got popped just for the sake of being popped. And for two, I want real dating experience, not something from a date sim nor a one night thing. I wonder if I'm being naive ^^

I am 23 turning 24 this winter. Same goes for me. My virginity makes me all too negative. I admit that I am a virgin but I see that I rejected the truth too long.
Using temporary solutions are not going to help here. Good thing to know that it is normal. I didn't know how bad it feels when you're alone without friends, family and lost love.. We are social. Living in solitude only punish your soul.
