I got about $7k saved up and at the end of the year, should have about $15k for the down payment. So total, the car shouldn't be more than say $25k out the door.

How 'bout some American muscle like the Mustang or an older Camaro? There's also Volkswagon's Golf and Jetta along with their rivals the Focus and Neon. Also don't forget about Audi's smaller A3. But I assume you want individuality along with a decent ride that won't kill you on the long run. My minds blank right now so these are the only suggestions I could come up with. :(

Although a Rolls would be mighty nice too.
Also- try to get older models. Preferably before the 90's. All modern cars are basically cell phones on wheels.
