I went to Okinawa for about 3 months and met a man their named "Hatori Hanzo" he was a cool restaurant owner and apparently also made samurai swords which was great for me because I wanted one to kill a certain person named Bill. Needless to say I had many encounters on the way killing about 50 people I loved it.

Politically...well, it's not my kind of place.
But, while some people may criticize the population for having really, really fucked up weird shit, that is what makes it so amazing (Other than culture, technology, you know. Anime, obviously).
From a historical perspective, it's by far the most interesting country to me. It's history is so rich and it really is interesting how everything that happened has had an affect on how it is today.
I'm by no means a weeaboo, as I see plenty of things wrong with Japan, but that doesn't make the country any less fascinating.
