Ive got a pretty low percentage compared to most weebs!
I think 10-25% is a fair score for my Otaku~ness overall.

I'd give myself 5%. I don't watch much anime...or play many games...or read/watch much hentai.

Um... 25%, perhaps?
I think one thing that has to be cleared up is many people have varying ideas of what it means to be an Otaku. Someone could watch every anime under the sun, read every manga they could get their hands on, collect figurines, toys, dvds, etc... and still not be anywhere close to an Otaku.
To me, an Otaku is much more than that. An Otaku is someone who has an obsession (often thought to be unhealthy) for nothing less than Japanese culture in general. And if a person thinks the animation culture is the only part of Japanese culture that matters then they are greatly mistaken. We're talking about visual entertainment, language, music, arts, food, etc...
But I digress, many people consider it centered around the animation sub-culture.

yes indeed otaku has vary definitions, but it is pre-assumed by the community that the word is based on anime and manga
let's not complicate things and just leave it there,i wouldn't wanna get into details as i'm not clear either

i guess im 65%, i love manga, hentai, however, i watch anime but not often. I barely play videogames unless is 2K (basketball game) or Call of Duty (all modern warfare type shit). Other than that i only hang around people who dont do any otakuish things.

Hmm let's see...I draw anime characters, from time to time(which isn't a lot). I have gigs of images of anime and manga, I've gone to several libraries across several states(where ever I was living at the time). Whenever I had free time, just to read whatever manga they had avialable.(you can get free shonen jumps or even shojo beats by visiting a local library and finding out what they are getting rid of). I've even donated anime movies to libraries. A majority of the things I fave on DA(deviantart) are anime related. I've got posters of various anime, but I've never actually put them up on walls. I go to cons when I can(I've been twice now and it was the same one, Otakon). I've never cosplayed before...yet. I've tried to watched a good bit of anime since I was 11, over 10 years ago. I can say now over half the animes I've liked, I've actually finished. And a little more than half of those that i've finished I have(either on dvd or on harddrives). As for reading manga. I download manga as well as purchase manga from stores. I think I read enough pages of manga to fill several bibles jk or am I, idk. However, I don't have a large collection manga in physical form or digitally. I still have yet to memorize my favorite voice actors/actress names. I don't have a single favorite japanese voice actor/actress. I don't have a bias towards subbed or dubbed anime. I think the quality of voicing varies. There are some good Voice casting directors and there are some idiots (in the states and japan) that need to be fired lol. I'd like to see a decent adaptation of an anime or manga(y'know maybe an all asian cast if that's what the source material demands), produced by hollywood or japan or by anybody. Even moreso, I'd like to have a hand in something like that being made. I like asian chicks but they aren't first girls I go after. I love j-pop, j-rock , j-hiphop and japanese music in general. I don't have any japanese tattoos of any kind...for now, maybe later. I'm an open otaku. ppl find out I'm into anime not too long after meeting me. There's some things that I really hate about anime. I like vanilla-h and parodies. I don't watch hentai at all and so I don't own any vids. I used to just be about h-pics when it came to hentai. but now i prefer a good story. A good what if this happen. A good laugh from a parody of my favorite anime. I like hentai, but some things in hentai are just wrong straight up, plain and simple. General anime/manga has things wrong in it too. But I like it too much. Because of all the positive stuff that I get from anime, to walk away from it. It's a great escape. I don't collect figurines or make models. I write like this even when I not writing about anime. I'd like to write a script or story that gets turned into an anime or manga. Anime really is my anti drug lol. I've connected with ppl I wouldn't have otherwise, because of anime. I'd like to see some major changes in the anime industry. I still have a great deal to learn about the japanese culture. I plan on going to japan one day and when that day comes, I'd like to know, read and speak a good bit of the language. I believe I'm always going to be a animefan or otaku, even when I'm old. I'm more than 50% otaku I think, but really who knows lol.

I'm about 30% if we only include anime/manga, more like 75% if your include all aspects of gaming, anime, manga, geekness, and all around nerdy stuff.

I'm about probably 40% if it only include anime and mangas. I mostly read mangas in my free time, watch anime only when I'm about to sleep.. its like a daily routine - can't sleep without watching at least one episode lol. 30% for gaming and leisure sports, bowling, pool etc. The rest is for my social life.

I watch 4-5 titles every season, I don't watch any TV series, I read a lot of mangas for sure over 500 series, all song I liked mostly are anime songs, I know I'm bit weird, I tend to watch anime highly depended on who the seiyuu are, but I don't collect figurines or any fan stuff.
so maybe 50%
so maybe 50%

id say around 70% otaku. anything oriental is my main interest. i have two large display units with figures, im on the site every day, have 4 daikimakuras that i alternate, wallscrolls, quite a lot of anime dvds, i also watch it online.... I also eat loads of oriental foods, listen to j-pop mostly and love asia with a passion. the 30% is work and i don't really like socalising unless its with my very close group of friends or my partner

I dunno, the only manga I read are hentai here, and Jojo's Bizarre adventure (though not recently), as I haven't finished it yet. The only anime I am watching is Dragon Ball in the Latin-spanish dub that was aired here in Mexico. more over most of my otaku-time was with videogames, mainly RPGs, which have been severely shortened due to med school.
I'd say 20%
I'd say 20%

I'm not sure about a percentage. ^^; I love anime, manga, hentai, and video games, and I sketch some of my favorite characters from time to time, but I don't keep up with the newer anime series that come out as much as I used to.

I cant accurately describe a percentage cause Ive actually integrated everything I do into my everyday life into an ouroboros like cycle.
-While working, Im thinking of what I want to watch/read/write/draw later.
-When Im drawing, I take references from things Ive seen irl & in anime.
-When Im watching anime, Im (subconsciously) critiquing the art & taking mental reference notes, while also judging story theme & guessing whats going to happen next.
-When reading manga/books I basically do the same thing as the anime, but take extra care to look out for plot holes/& or hidden actions that could resurface later in the story
-When writing I combine the things that Ive seen &/or experienced with things I want to see &/or experience, as well as borrow other themes & make subtle references when possible.
-When I exercise, Im likely listening to anime/game OSTs (Try excercising to Guiles theme, FUCK YES)
-When my job takes me to new places I think of the local bookstores immediately & make sure to reward myself for working by browsing later for mangas &/or novels.
-Whenever given the chance I try any food from an anime or manga Ive seen for myself.
-I took yoga, Tai Kwon Do, Judo, & fencing, & acting lessons all so I could do a perfect cosplay/defend all of my possessions from thieves.
-When I was younger, I aspired to be a better reader so I wouldnt misunderstand or miss anything important in my video games(like in certain games when the textbar would close itself, requiring that you read faster)leading me to having a 12th grade reading lv in the 3rd grade.
-Endlessly more shit that Im too lazy to post.
Also, isnt otaku a term used to insult people?
