I would think it help but for me it felt better when I did it with my girlfriend at the time, course I was a college kid at the time, because she wanted to do it too and it was like you were wanting to do and write more when you are with someone, of course doing it that way forces you to do it with someone you like in real life and would in fact want to do that with them. If that makes sense XD
