Lovers Suicide

I don't know if it's different to what i'm thinking or not, but i'm pretty sure the gf would do that or follow me if i died.. i'd probably just follow.. wouldn'y be overly suicidal i don't think..

I suppose it depends on the situation between the two people, their history with others and whether or not they were madly in love. (and by history with others i mean like previous boyfriends/girlfriends and such)

Heaven forbid that suicide should EVER be an option for something. It practically goes against everything most people stand for, including me.

Fuck yo selfish ass. It is a selfish request. They die and then we gotta have a titanic moment or something and kill myself? Subtract w/e sappy feelings and add common sense. If you have a life, Live it. I'm sure IF THEY LOVED YOU that they'd feel the same. :| Instead of , I'm going down and your coming with me! >:|.

[color=#B93B8F]If my lover (Harontiar ❤) committed suicide, (I doubt it, though. XP) I would follow him OR I would live on not loving (romantically) anybody else again. If he ever asked me to commit suicide with him, I would do it, regardless how irrational his reasons maybe. I promised him that he would never be alone again, and I intend to keep that promise, no matter what. But, I wouldn't want either situations to happen. :( I want to grow old with him, create more memories together (good or bad), make him happy, be there with him through it all, love him for the rest of his life, and find him again in the next one. :')

So would this love suicide be valid if one of the lovers was being forced into marrying someone he doesn't love (maybe because his fiance is very ugly and is just using his obligations to satisfy her greed), and the female lover can't stand the thought of him marrying that other woman (maybe a female servant who can he's going to be miserable with his less than virtuous fiance and knows she'll be kicked out of the house so she can't see him anymore)? In which case they would rather die than be without each other which causes them to carry out a suicide pact? Sorry... mind's going a bit haywire here.

I guess... my response was inspired by that one recent manga posted here about a rich girl forced to marry an unvirtuous rich man... and the servant who couldn't stand by and watch. They could've easily gone the double suicide route. Even better... there was a local legend around here where a local girl was going to be forced to marry a rich Spanish noble. Neither her nor her lover (a local boy) didn't sit too well with this, so they went off to a cliff, tied their hair together and jumped to their deaths. That spot they jumped off of is now a tourist attraction (I guess everyone loves legends like that, especially Japanese tourists).
