Now I'm contemplating on getting a Kindle or Nook because of the wonderful program that you guys found. If I ever get around getting one, I have a LOT of manga to transfer over.

Don't read manga on kindle. Do it on color screens. And this is the second time the american dictionary has found fault with me.Why read on color screens? Manga is mostly black and white, the color is mostly omake. Oh and btw, its automatically transformed into B&W on the kindle so no problem there.
It is mostly black and white, but there are good color manga out there.
... not on the B+W kindle, though.....

For the manga I do read (usually completed series and scans I have free time for), I use my Nook Color. It works pretty well (after you root it of course) and with being able to use Perfect Viewer (from the Android also after rooting) it makes for a satisfying reading experience. Currently reading: Girlfriends, Change123, and Happy Negative Chainsaw; which all are working and looking great.

In an amazing act of consumerism, I just ordered a nook tablet. For the most part, I'm happy with manga on the e-ink one I have, and probably won't give that up. I'll definitely experiment with it and see how it goes, though. The chief reason I got the original was actually just because it was easy and portable, and I didn't have to read it in a chair at the computer. Only later did I see how amazing the e-ink is. If it was a 7 inch screen, it would be perfect.
And then one of the main reasons I got the tablet was for anime. I got the nook tablet over the fire because it was a LOT better at playing video when I tried them both out.

Not sure why you would buy another e-reader if what you wanted to do was play videos on it. There are plenty of actual tablets with dedicated support for graphics acceleration -- much better for your stated purpose than an e-reader.

I didn't get the tablet as an e-reader. I ordered it (hasn't arrived yet) for video because it was good at it. And as for the reason I got it over something like an ipad, as everyone asks me, is really just the price tag...
