Reminder. This is an English forum. =_=I gotta agree to the thread starter here. Too much foreign language has been said.
As for the topic, I'll go for Pacquiao. I understand what the thread starter is trying to imply about setting aside attitudes and such but I cannot put myself to like Mayweather.

Though many will argue, it's a fact that boxing is a form of entertainment. And noone get's entertained watching two men hide behind their guards for over an hour like turtles hiding from jackals. It's too damn boring. This is why I'm against Mayweather. He talks tough as if he'd bring the game to new levels but in reality whenever he fights it's a waiting game. He opens his guard for a bit then closes it again as if a bunch of vampire bats just flew over his head. Then when the enemy gets too bored, probably because of thinking whether he came inside the right ring or not, Mayweather pounces on him and pound him into the dust.
Also Pacquiao has encountered Counter Punchers before and I doubt he'd be surprised about this one. Other than a boxer's ability to dodge and attack a Counter Puncher must have the ability to take punches in case they receive one head-on. Pacquiao has certainly proven to have an explosive punch, a punch that I doubt Mayweather can handle for long. Over the years I've heard people calling Counter Punchers the "smart" type of boxers but in my offense it's just their natural instinct to get out of harms way and return fire. I favor pound for pound boxers more because boxing does not literally mean putting yourself in a box where noone can hit you.

The reason why pac-man is not liking the terms for the blood test is because of the fasting that is needed to conduct one. He's a small dude and needs thousands of calories to keep him in the big weight divisions. Muscle weight is harder to maintain compared to fat. You miss one day of training and you'll lose a couple of pounds in muscle.

Fighting for money has nothing to do with sportsmanship.very true, people fight for various reasons; i just don't like his mentality, more of a bounty hunter rather than a true sportsman.

Unless he's actually juicin'

Here's a better option, why doesn't Mayweather ask Manny to take a drug test after the fight? If he's juicing the proof will still be there. Mayweather would of won everything win or lose in the match if Manny was cheating.

Blood Test after the fight doesn't work. You can time it so that everything will be out of your system by the time the fight ends. Meaning, he can be on something, but no one will know anyway. That's why testing after the fight doesn't work.

The reason this fight doesn't get made isn't because of the blood testing. It's because both parties want to dictate the terms of the fight. In short, it's just a clash of egos.
Pacquiao says how fighter should just stick to fighting and just follow the rules instead of making their own. But the fact is that a lot of things are open to discussion in a contract, which gloves size to use, the catch weight, who gets to enter first. I don't see why blood testing couldn't be negotiated as well. Besides, Manny already suggested a 24 day no testing period prior to the fight and that isn't exactly stated in the rules.
On the other hand, Mayweather goes on about how he is saving the sport, comparing himself to Martin Luther King. The fact of the matter is that this has never been about revolutionizing the sport, as much as it is a way to get inside Pacquiao's head. To prove it, Mayweather suggested a 14 day no testing period prior to the fight when in fact a lot of drugs could take effect within a span of 14 days. Again, this is all just a ploy to get inside Pac's head, not to mention get some attention.
I don't see selfish Mayweather compromising his stand for the sake of the boxing world so I am hoping that Manny gives in. No testing 14 days prior to the fight, win on points and you get 60/40, knock the other guy out and you get 70/30. I see an epic fight, with Mayweather winning on points, but I am not discounting a Pacquiao upset either. Hopefully it goes like the Machida-Shogun 2 match.
