New one...
Physical : Speeding down an overpass on a BMX hitting a mansewer, and sliding 15 feet to a stop. Blood everywhere I say.

This might not be the most painful thing I've ever endured but it was certainly the most odd. I recently had a bad reaction to an anti-nauseant. My face started to spasm and contort, My bottom jaw kept moving from side to side with intense pressure causing my wisdom teeth to dig into the muscle, My tongue stretched out and pushed against my teeth with intense pressure, My tongue also stuck to the side of my mouth making it almost impossible to speak. At one point my mouth completely opened and stayed like that for 2 minutes and I had no control over it. I got 2 shots in both my thighs and it stopped my face from spasming but it left my face really sore afterwards.

A couple of years ago I sprained my back really badly. After it had just happened I was unable to move without excruciating pain and needed assistance just to get onto my feet. I spent the better part of the next six weeks lying on a pull out futon in my living room wearing a brace. Good times...
The mental anguish I received from finding out that my insurance wouldn't cover my chiropractic bills was almost as painful as the back injury.

Well for me that would have been falling of from a 10(or so) meters high tree, got luckily slowed down by some branches and only my left leg broke. That was in the thick forest, after 20 minutes some people found me,i was unconcious...that was fun...

Physical: Getting punched in the ear.
I got punched so hard during a fight that I think my head started ringing and for like two weeks straight I kept imagining (or hearing?) the ringing late at night.
Emotional: n/a
If I did go through something emotionally painful, I probably got over it and forgot it.

Emotionally? My first break up was the most pain I've felt because I made it worse than it had to be. As for physical pain? I don't feel much pain at all so there has been no "most physical pain" for me. Pain heals, learn from itAgree...the 1st break up was the most pain tat i endure all my life. i stil miss her. :(

Though it's not I'm the one who's feeling the pain...
It was one of my friend who was masturbating in his room and was about to reach climax, suddenly the dad ended up knocking the door asking him to open it immediately. The painful moment is where he held back the shot.

Probably popping my knee back into it's socket. It kept coming out for 2 weeks and it hurt to walk on it for 3.

Funny, my most painful (physical one) memory was popping my elbow back into it's socket. It still comes back off sometimes.. even though it's been 6 years.
emotionally, well there was two things.. the death of someone pretty close to me... it came somewht unexpected, as though I never really thought she was someone who could die (unlike my parents, who I know will die someday, etc..) she part of my daily life, kind of in the background, and then one day she told us she had cancer and I knew she woudln't make it and the following 9 months were bordering on pure hell. When she came to rest it was relieving but then again I never cried that much at a funeral.
Then there was a long distance relationship-that-never-really-was-a-relationship which mindraped me throughout my first year of college. It still haunts me, whenever I read something about long distance relationships or love stories set in winter, I can't help but feel down for days. Craig Thompson's Blankets did that to me, big time (long distance relationship with a huge focus on winter and snow...).

I went through a complete nervous breakdown about six months ago. I owe my life to my mom, girlfriend, video games, comedy and medication. People... a word of advice: Don't lose your mind, lol. Also, physical abuse from my "dad". Nothing sexual (thank god), but the memories still fuck with me to this day.

my worst physical pain was when i was nine and i had blood cancer it wasnt the cancer that was painful because i was like drugged up the entire time, but before when they had to try and get blood and my veins were very hard to get to so it took like 6 tries then they needed to put me to sleep so they could get a spinal tap another 4 tries it hurt like hell and it didnt help that i was horrorfied of needles

I was in 2nd grade playing tag with some kids during morning latchkey. This day we were in the cafeteria because the gym was taken already due to being set up for some school event. All of the fold-out tables were unfolded and laid out in rows in preparation for school.
I was "It", and I was rounding a corner near the entrance to the cafeteria to try and catch someone and slipped on someones windbreaker they left lying on the ground. I fell sideways and my nose landed directly on the point edge of one of the tables.
Next thing I knew, I woke up in writhing pain in a pool of blood no smaller than 5ft in diameter, and saw nothing but the clerk crying. She said I was out for about 45 seconds.
Then my dad picked me up to leave early, and brought me to a Blockbuster to rent a game and make me feel better.
My face was in extreme pain for the next week and I couldn't even talk or open my mouth to eat without feeling like I broke something.
But it wasn't so bad my dad rented me Resident Evil 2. That shit rocks.

Spoiler:
lol, did i read that somewhere???
Anyways, my most physical pain was when I was a kid, me and a friend were throwing rocks, huge motherfuckers, in a stream in a parc. My friend was behind me, and he threw a rock that landed on a tree branch above me and rebounded on my head. The rock was 1/3 of my head, and it was heavy as fuck. I never screamed that much in my whole god damn life. I think I still have a bump on the back of head cuz of that...
Emotional.. im not too sure what to say. Privacy and shit heh

My worst physical pain was when I got two broken ribs during a karate sparring. The pain was so deep and sudden that I long control of my body and simply dropped on the ground in convulsions.
It took maybe 5 to 10 seconds for my sparring partner to make me calm down.
Now I can't believe movies or anime where characters get broken bones and act like it was nothing. From my experience, it is not a moment where mind and motivation are involved. The body simply refuses.
