Physically: Fracturing my arm and wrist, painfully.

EDIT:
Emotionally: Watching My mother die, that was brutal...

Get Jinxed
My most painful thing must be getting stitches without anesthetics, or maybe falling 1.5 meters and landing on my left knee and jaw and it wasn't on soft ground either.

Fysically: I fell of my dirt bike during a race a got run over and landed on by 4 people. shatterd keybone 2 broken legs and 3 broken ribs.
The last thing i saw was a green dirtbike above me and landing on me and then i blacked out.

Well i don't have much emotional pain but a lot of physical pain though.
When I was small 1 week=1 scratch. But the most extreme pain that I had are these three,
1)I wanted to take ENO(salt) which were on a cabinet but It was to tall, so I took a chair and stand on the table but I forgot that the glass bottle was on my hand, I jumped down with my hand to beak the fall but the glass break in my hand and some of the shred mill entered my hand and cut 1/4 of my veins (nearly died from blood loss),age: 4 years old.
2)I ride my bike and drift wrongly and land on my teeth 3-5 teeth lost and a lot of blood loss, age 6-7 years old.
3)I played tag with my friend and end up falling down the drain, head first, age 6-7 years old.(whats weird is that I felt as If someone pushed me down and kinda liked the slow motion that happened but when I fall the intense pain was there but I laugh for a moment.)

When I was a kid one day me and my friends were playing basket ball at one of their houses, and I had to take a shit really bad, unfortunately my friend was a dick. I proceeded to ride my bike down the block to my house only to not make it in time, right after that I ran into a pole and broke my nose (it's hard to control a bike while your shitting). As if that weren't enough, I was yelled at by my friends dad to clean up what had slid out of my pants and into the gutter.

Usually, when something really bad happens, and I cry, I get some sort of a nervous/panic attack, which obviously leads to phisical pain, so they're kind of related sometimes.
Probably, when my mum had "active" epilepsy, she used to have seizures, which I witnessed most of the times, sometimes when I was alone with her, all this during my childhood, mostly around the age of 7 or 8. That made me be constantly afraid that something could happen, leading me to the Psychologist for almost a year. It pretty much molded my personality a bit. The seizures stoped when I was about 10, i think.
Also, my grandfather's death. He died when I was around 8 years old, and he was amazing. Still today, I can't look at a picture of him and not cry. <.<
I also went through some pretty rough times when my (now ex) boyfriend told me he was moving to Brazil ( 6000km away ), because of his dad.

I would supposed that would be when my ex cheated on me. I thought the way to keep a guy from cheating on you was to keep the sex exciting and fresh but apparently the only way that works is if he's doing it with an entire different person. i guess you would say it shattered my self esteem :

Emotionally, I've been cheated on a few times but the first time was especially bad. I didn't sleep more than a couple hours, or eat, for about 3 days until I finally just passed out from fatigue. I really cared about/trusted the guy and it just came out of nowhere and floored me. Screwed my social life over too for a while cause both him and the girl were closely knit into the group I was always around.
Physically... getting my wisdom teeth pulled. All 4 at once. I've broken a good amount of bones but nothing can compare to the pain I felt the first few days after that. My head was swollen like a melon because I forgot to ice it down right away. Some people I know got Vicodin or something equally strong after they got theirs done but... nope my doctor gave me some weak ass pain medication that pretty much did nothing.

Probably when I was in an 18 wheeler wreck, it was mostly emotional I wasn't hurt much at all but I'll never forget it. It's one of those things that don't sound too bad but it's horrible. We were in a 1950's pickup truck, the ones made of metal lol, I think if we were in a newer car we'd be dead. The 18 wheeler slid of an embankment and ruptured a 30 inch gas pipeline, the fireman said a spark would have created an explosion 5 miles in radius. Just glad to be here, and thankful.
