Sounds exactly almost like my little sister to a T. She basically does the same thing, but she even takes my parents car out every night to see her boyfriend, and she doesn't have a job either so she never fills the cars up nor does her boyfriend pitch in to fill it up. Just a couple weeks ago she got a speeding ticket, didn't tell anyone so then she had a warrant out for her. Sisters these days.
