Set up a video recorder. Wait (or bait) for her to start shit with you. Try to subtly goad her into assaulting you physically.

Then backhand the bitch right out of her.

Catching it on video is crucial on two fronts:
1. Sharing the lulz with your fellow man.
2. Establishing proof that you acted in self-defense against an aggressive individual assaulting you.

Slap her once, and only once, for each time she hits you. You're a man (supposedly :D ) and you're wearing heavy rings, so she'll lose by attrition before too long.

Any bruises, cuts, or swelling you take away from this should be worn as a badge of honor.


And, of course, there's always the option of smearing crushed poison ivy/oak/sumac all over the inside of her undies.

Not a good idea. She's managed to get by thus far with her bitchy self; this all but proves that she is better at manipulating others than him.

How will he have lost the battle if he resorts to violence? That makes no sense.

By not saying anything and not expressing your dislike of how she acts you set a precedence. She in the back of her mind or actually has thought that you think how she acts is acceptable since you haven't said anything. So yes, she's being a bitch but you're enabling her to be a bitch, only after you confront her if she continues being a bitch after a discussion then it is all on her. To all the people that say hit her, grow a pair of balls, hitting her solves nothing and only shows how much of a coward you are, it is easier to hurt someone physically then to bring up problems you have with them and resolve them.

Video footage establishes proof that it was done in self-defense. Violence in defense of oneself, or in defense of one's home, property, family, etc., is a long-established valid legal defense. It's still successful at getting charges dropped, I can attest to that personally.





And there are some people with whom the diplomatic approach simply does not work. She's already at the point where she's realized that she can get away with anything, and even if he gets mad, all he can do is say some words, and she can just walk away.

It's not cowardly to hit back when someone hits you. Ever. Whoever it was that told you otherwise should be ignored, and disallowed from teaching anything to impressionable young people, because they are creating a generation of victims.

The "grow a pair" comment was uncalled-for. I find your position naive and foolish, but I have not and will not resort to personal attacks against you. Please have the common decency to extend this courtesy to the rest of us.

Video footage of past events doesn't give a legal foot to stand on for beating someone for those past events. So self defense is out unless the video shows her hitting you and then you defending yourself, but self defense also has to be within reason, you can't hit her repeatedly for a slap to the face and claim "self defense'.



Diplomacy won't work with some people yes, and those people you ignore and or take some action to not have to deal with them, violence will only escalate a situation like this, especially since a man hitting a woman is not accepted in society. She's at that point from direct failure to act on his part, and or at least it hasn't helped deter her from getting to this point. Who said she's hit him? The OP never said he was hit, unless I missed a post. I deem hitting anyone "weaker" then yourself to be wrong, I do think it is ok to push the person to get them away from you though. This person has created a victim of himself through his lack of action.



In your opinion it is, but to me for someone to hit a person who is weaker then they makes them a coward and or a sackless. I'm sorry if I hurt your delicate sensibility, I will reframe from further comments about your lack of balls.



It does suck, but because of his inaction to halt her poor treatment of him he is some what at fault, so beating her because of something he at least partly is to blame for is wrong. Plus, nothing will be solved by hitting her, it'll get him in deep shit. If she's the type of person to act like this, damn sure better believe she's the type to call the police and or raise hell about it. My family is full of lawyers, so I've heard lots of stories about people like her, and it's best to just ignore and stay away from them as much as possible.

Which means it's serious business.
