The only contribution Germany gave to the world post middle ages-pre WWI was Bach.
Dear God I hope you're trolling.
German chemists allowed the industrial use of synthetic materials to form in the first place.
German engineers (especially Swabian engineers) did the majority of the world's inventing from 1871-1945.
German philosophers of the 19th century basically introduced most of the terms and concepts used in modern philosophy.
German psychologists invented psychology.
German historians did most of the legwork during the transition to the modern historical approach
German linguists established the standards for historical linguistics and properly defined the major linguistic families known today.
German military reform strongly influenced the military structure of other Europeans' and their colonies' armies, so basically the entire world.
German Germans spoke German, which is awesome enough to get a mention on it's own.
Of course, this doesn't even include the pre-19th century German accomplishments. Imo, the late 19th and early 20th centuries were the best times, but Germans have been awesome for several centuries.

Unless you have some sort of official source/citation for this "news", it sounds like quite a load of bullshit to me.

I know what FEMA coffins are, but this particular instance seems to stem only from a local news source.
Unless there is some national or international coverage/affirmation of the story, I'm hesitant to beleive it's anything out of the ordinary, and could just be something misunderstood by a local reporter.

I believe there are reliable sources out there like the people who saw it, people who did record it, and journalist who personally went there to see it to believe it...
News coverage on tv is a little more unreliable than reliable since people expect evidence to prove its a fact ( Like on a crime scene where they show the spot but thats it)......
