Overly stressed.

I am usually very stressed. But there are a lot of things that make me Overly stressed (A LOT!). anyway I want to know what are the things that makes you overly stressed? and if possible tell us what calms you down as well.
For me they are:
1- meeting a beautiful female that is about my age. (Don't like them too old or too young... well.. maybe young but not old!)
2- Driving a car. (that is why I still don't drive.)
3- speed.
4- A pitch black room with not a single light.
5- Dogs.
6- loud noises. (best example is traffics and little children.)
7- Hights.
And the only things that calm me down are:
1- A cup of green tea with mint.
2- A good warm bath.
3- ........Masturbation.
4- Listening to my music. (I only listen to symphonies and really calm songs. only rarely I would listen to rock song.)

1. Family
2. Things going wrong on a large scale that I've completely not prepared for. Like say the wall on your house falling down. That'd freak me out really quick.

In no particular order:
1. Driving.
2. Being tardy.
3. Large crowds and being around people for any longer amount of time. (Say, a day, and I'll be a wreck by nightfall.)
4. Being around others that are stressed.
In order to calm me down again I smoke, grab some coffee and stroll around, or just sit and glare at the wall for an hour or two.

Schoolwork, and being behind in it.
[size=10]Actually, for the first time in my life, starting this past month I've been having anxiety attacks.
It really really sucks. And the meds I've been prescribed to begin just seem to make me apathetic, which I hate. :([/h]

1. Bull shitters / Snake oil Salesmen.
2. Going out side / Social aspects. (though I often appear to be rather confident apparently)
3. When some one knocks on my door and I am not expecting any one.
4. When my house is a bit untidy I like to keep things organised but I only clean at a rate to keep up with my mess.
5. Finding a job

I've discovered that the best way to relax is to not think. The best way to not think is to use the internet. Thank you, series of tubes.

1) deadlines
2) important tests
3) not doing something I know I'm suppose to be doing. It will stay on my mind until I have done so, sometimes not making me do nothing all day. The above two options are the most prevalent, not doing anything when I'm suppose to.
4) Feeling useless or rather powerless to solve a certain issue. I have to keep my mind occupied or these thoughts will invade my mind.
Things that calm me down:
1) Being alone for a while staring at something insignificant yet interesting to look at. Sometimes its the sky, little bugs, things at the distance, etc. It makes me feel like I'm getting anxious over nothing.
2) Video games, especially retro ones. I don't know, its like remembering a time where I didn't have that many problems or stuff to worry about.
3) Anime, especially if it is one that I know I'll like.
4) Talking to people, joking around and all that. I have to keep my mind occupied or I start to feel real stressed over nothing most of the time.

Stuff that makes me stress a fair bit:
- Work can be very stressful from time to time.
- When nobody listens to me when I'm talking about important matters.
- Dogs, I've never been able to trust them.
- Rushing to get things done and stressing over time (Can relate to work also)
All of the above are usually solved by either games, anime, manga, drawing or hanging around the internet and some other stuff. I tend to play games more than anything to take my mind of things :)
Something like that anyway.
