I lost most of em when I moved away 11years ago...back then we spent most of our days pretending to be gundams and stuff...good times...then once I moved to colorado I saw that half the kids there had no idea what gundam was. Since then I have found a safe haven called the internet.

I can't participate. Even though I moved away and having a family we all still have a very active line of communication. We regularly have a reunion during Xmas. And every time we see each other we are still like we were back in schooldays.

I lost most of my normal friends during the course of high school but i still stay in contact and meet up with my band/drumcore friends.
And I have 2 friends that live in the same town as me and where really close.

I haven't really lost any good friends... I guess I don't see some casual friends because I don't go to the same school as they do...

In my college the anime club was taken away from the list of clubs, leaving me disappointed in having no one share my interests with. So when I would talk to acquaintances they would only talk about DBZ for 5 seconds and that's it, no in-depth debates or strong fan-boyism.
I'm glad I have the internet to connect with fellow otaku otherwise I would of been force to watch sports just to start a conversion.

I don't really talk to people from high school much anymore.
Mostly everyone just kinda split and did their own thing and moved on, so I just kinda met new people after graduation.

A few good friends I lost contact with when I graduated from High School, I've been trying to find them again for a long time now. I knew I should have done it right when I graduated High School.
I lost two of my best friends, and was kicked out of my circle of friends with them, when we had a major fight of the two being assholes right before graduation in High School. Those two asses caused me to loose my trust in people in real life.
I've had people move away after High School and when I dropped out of college. Never really kept in contact with a few of them.
I'm only in contact with my only best friend who I've known since 1st Grade, he's the only person right now I can really trust 100% after standing up for me with my asshole friends.

I grew up in Taiwan, and had a lot of friends in elementary school there but I had to move back to America. My family used to go back to visit every summer, and the first and second years I visited my class and everyone had fun hanging out, but the third year it just got a little awkward... so I lost contact with all of them.

I have a sad one. They stopped talking to me because of my love for hentai.
Except one. She is still my friend. :D
WHAT!? then I guess they were not your real friends at all because real friends
stick together regardless of there hobbies, my friends all know about my hentai obsession and they've stuck by me all the way, Plus they would even accept me if I was gay (But I am not and my friends like to joke about it because its funny)but point being I may not be into alot of things my friends are into but that does not stop us from hanging out and my two best friends Grant (I've known since I was 1)
and Alex (I've known since I was 16) have never turned there backs to me even though I act weird at times.

I got a girl, and I pretty much just wanted to spend every moment with her. This of cause did not help me maintain or get new friends.
