You have to realize the condition you're in. Selfishly confessing would only make matters worse.
You have to know how the girl feels towards your brother. If she's in love with him, make a tactical retreat, buddy.
Even if she's not, you must think about the later consequences. There are 2 options for you.
First, you can just take her away, assuming that she hates your brother and is in love with you. However before doing this, you have to make sure that you are capable to support the life of a family, especially with a newborn baby. Raising a kid is not as easy as it seems, kid. Pure love won't help you on this. If you're not sure that you're able to support her and the newborn kid, then again I suggest a tactical retreat.
Second, if you're not confidence with the first method, is to persuade your family. Then again, you must pay attention to your brother here, whether he impregnant her out of lust, or because he wants to have her as a wife. If he simply do it out of lust, there's a high probability that your brother is a bit, if not by much, reluctant to marry her. If that's the case, the way to persuade your family will be much smoother. However, if your brother do her because of the second cause, I suggest you have another tactical retreat unless you want a civil war between the family.
