SERIOUS PROBLEM/QUESTION

Okay, so it isn't that serious. I have a tendency to break earbuds every two months or so in various different ways.
So, what headphones do you use, and how long do they last?
Also, recommend me some.

What do you do, sit on them?
Anyway, I just use the cheapest headphones I can find at any given time. For the last 3 years I've been using a headset that I got for free in the mail, and only recently swapped it out for a new one because the mic started acting funny.
This is the one I bought though:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826158082&cm_re=Fatal1ty-_-26-158-082-_-Product
And it was on sale when I bought it, so it was significantly cheaper than it is now.

I used to to that too, till' I got my hands on a pair of Iphone earbuds(Even if I don't have an Iphone) and amazingly enough they still work after about a year. They're starting to slowly fall apart now though.

I use a cheap pair of Sennheiser headphones that I got for $20. Cool stuff.
Not high-end, but good audio quality and comfortable to wear.
(By the way, I have the problem that my head is too big =_=)

The $20 ones you find at electronic stores. The ones I got were from Sony and just had "Heavy Bass" on the front of the package. They're comfortable (for me) and still work for me just fine after almost a year and a half, though the wiring is becoming a bit exposed by the jack.

Just how small ears do you have?! I have a problem with them not falling out of my ears while I walk because they're so small.
But you should get a pair of real headphones then, that covers the entire ear. AKG makes great headphones, although they can be a little pricey.

those. they are so great for such cheap headphones. im sure theres better stuff out there for much deeper sound if your willing to toss a heap of cash at them. but at that price i simply cannot complain at all. in fact im actually surprised they dont cost more.

Currently I'm using Skull Candy's Skull Crushers. They have built in sub-woofers. The jack is starting to fall apart, so I'll be looking for new ones soon.

If you MUST get earbuds, then I'm of no help. Mine last about the same time as yours, and in fact, the ones I had broke just yesterday.
But if you're up to using headphones, do what nash and tms said, get some 20 buck sennheisers and they'll last you forever. The model I got ,Sennheiser HD 201, is light, confortable, sounds good, and best of all, it's super resistant. I've accidentally stepped and pulled on the cables a number of times and it hasn't shown any sign of damage.
ps: I don't use these ones in public, just home stuff.
So yeah, up to you.

I use some skullcandy earbuds (name escapes me).
The cheap ones come to $15, and they last me about 8 months of heavy use.
In general, skullcandy makes decent quality for low price. If you don't mind buying from your corporate overlords, get them from FYE. That's 5 bucks off, regardless of which product you go for.
