I have a fapping addiction but now since I have phimosis ( tightening of the foreskin) I can't fap properly anymore which hinders me doing it and actually slowed my addiction kinda down.

If sexual addictions means to have sex with an actual human then yeah .. I had a wild ride in my early teens and never forgot the feeling of it, and I definitely do it everyday if I get back on it, and lose weight .. sex is natural and also helps calm you down on a different level.

To deal with it, I guess I would meditate, calm my nerves down and find a hobby which challenges my body and mind.
