Should the Goku vs Superman Death Battle be removed/edited?
What action do you think should happen?

Even if Supes wins, Goku can just come back from the dead. He's done it like twice hasn't he?
Or wait, isn't there a limit to how many times you can be brought back with the Dragon Balls? I haven't read/watching anything DB related since I was in middle school.

There is a limit. I think it's 2-3 times if you're using the Earth Dragonballs.

Well Goku knows everyone all over everywhere. I'm sure he could pull some strings to essentially get immortality.

Nah. He'd just fight people in the Spirit World. Immortality was never his thing

He seems like he'd never give up fighting Superman. He would want to beat him to test his strength or just get stronger.

Considering the fact that Goku can fight at light speed from the start of any fight, Superman would already be at a disadvantage

What makes you think Superman can't move as fast as Goku? Keep in mind 90% of what you see isn't him at his full potential, as there are civilians around. As long as there are civilians around, he CAN'T use anywhere near his full power. Goku always manages - or mostly manages - to fight people out in the middle of nowhere, where there are no civilians.
If Superman was fighting with his full power right off (as he would be if this was truly a fight to the death), I'd bet on him any time. Fight all out, don't let up until all that's left is a bloody Saiyan mess. Again, as I said, not in his character, but whatever.

Randomly, I wonder how the Super Saiyan God form would affect the fight. Granted, only now is Goku getting new forms and powers, but pretty sure that soon, Goku will have more than enough power to surpass Superman. Granted, I think some factors were quite negligible, such as speed since both were already moving at practically light speed.

Ok, Finally done reading the article. I have to say it is very well thought out and somebody put a lot of time and effort into it. All of which I appreciate because it just was such an interesting read.
That said the arguments made there make sense. It is based clearly off the manga and not the anime which may have faulty logic at times. Not to mention a few things like the Spirit bomb/genki dama being an auto deflect when really it isn't.
Good read. But I don't need some online video series of "death battles" to tell me who I think would win in a fight.

The only thing I had in my head is...
"Damn Americans, every single time..EVERY.. .. SINGLE.. .. TIME! They're always more powerful!!
But seriously though, I have no interest in Goku vs Superman.. I don't hate Goku, he's cool in fact.. But Superman? Oh man, I mean in the very beginning, in the veeeery first beginning.. Can you imagine people AS POWERFUL AS SUPERMAN (MAYBE MORE!) actually had a MANY AMOUNT OF POPULATION AND ON A SOLID PLANET! So it doesn't even make sense in the first place. Second is, those people who's as powerful as Superman are obliterated and only Superman survived.. It.. It blows my mind..
Okay, that's a little immature, but seriously.. I had been keeping that fact inside my brain for so long, so it doesn't even matter anymore.. I yet kept waiting for the "Super Saiyan God" to come over and start a rematch with Superman.. That's all I ever hoped for.. nuff said.

And then Superboy-Prime shows up and punches reality, destroying everything, because you made this topic.
PS. This is plausible as it has happened.

Well, if Goku fans really want, they could rally for one of the first versions of Superman (like the one that couldn't fly, thus "able to leap buildings in a single bound"). He wasn't always as strong as he is.
He was also made by a Canadian, eh.

Well, basically, you were pitting two of the universe's most OP dudes against each other. So the actual result may not be defined. However, since the purpose of the Death Battle is to solve disputes, it should be rewritten

I'm hardly the biggest expert on either Superman or Goku, but as far as I see, there is no way either would be driven to kill the other. It would be just as effectual as people punching each other and checking to see they're okay after each punch.
"Gosh, I didn't hurt you, did I?"

I'm not saying that Superman CAN'T move as fast as Goku. It just takes him time and extra energy. In both the article and the Death Battle itself, Superman will become exhausted from moving at light speed (although, he can see things move at that speed.) Also, even Wonder Woman could beat Superman. Hell, Batman himself said so (hinted at it anyway. Read the article.) Also, Goku has been able to move at light speed since he was a teenager, and got faster over time. Actually, him, Krillin, and Roshi can all fight at light speed.

The idea was brought up, but then you would have to have Superman Prime, who is basically a God, vs Super Sayin God Goku, and that's extra calculations that I doubt anyone want's to really make.

Goku being brought back with the Dragon Balls makes the show interesting? Shit... guess I'm out of the loop on this one. The only way I could see that being the case is because the time he was up in... whatever they called heaven, training to beat the Saiyans was so boring, and I'm glad he was brought back to end that.
