It's been a good year since I last posted in this forum. So it's crazy to see some amazing kits being built and painted. I could never paint that well... mostly minor detailing, but here's what I recently built!1/144 HGBF Ez-8 SR next to the original and the HGUC RX-79(G) one of my personal favorites. Need to get 2 more Sr's to make the whole team and have more spare kibble!
Spoiler:
1/144 HGFC God Gundam had to detail a bit on him. Mostly the head vulcans, the chest, the neck, and all the black on him. He turned out great though!
Spoiler:
and finally my WIP custom Exia!(I dub him Onslaught Exia) It'l be my first kit that I do a full paint job to it, I just need to figure out what color scheme works for him...
Spoiler:
Then him next to my Second Dark Matter, a backpack thing for my WIP Exia and my box of Exia kibble.
Spoiler:
Great job mate. Like the clean build.
-----------
Fitting almost done.

Once I'm done fitting the boosters and accessories I'll dismantle it and paint it. Slowly. Like, SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOWLY.
EDIT:
Can't even stand up on it's own

*Funnels
Panel line it then top coat it with matte or flat finish after you apply the decals.

Will the water slide decals stick on the plastic surface of the kit? Or should I use Mr.Mark Setter? And what is top coat?

I don't have much experience when it comes to water slide decals.
Dry rub on decalsare pretty much easy.
And to your question about top coat, it's like a finish spray. It makes your kit look more matted, which is a plus if you don't like the glossy look of the plastic, and it also helps protect your decals so they don't get rubbed off from wear.
Guys, I'm torn between here - I'm thinking of getting the metal detail parts for my Sazabi, but I don't know which one I want.
Silver and Gold
or
Silver and Red
And the completely optional quad gatling guns.

Took me forever for me to post this. My HGUC V2 Gundam 2014 edition.
It may be old but it is still a a fun kit to build. MSM-03C Hygogg.
My old HGUC RX-78NT-1 Gundam "Alex". Unfortunately, some idiot moron kid whooped the beam rifle and that made me really depressed up to this day. After I graduate and get a job, I will try to get a replacement for this, if it will still be available...

Happy New Year to all!

I bet you have a lot of money to blow right now.
@Corean
If you're not sure if it'll stick, go get a mark setter. Though I'd really suggest that you do apply mark setter just to be safe. Top coat helps in sealing the decal onto the surface.

I shit you not, the store I always go to is selling them for a reasonable price.
Nu, Hi-Nu, FA UC, Sazabi, for $85. The Nightingale, $75. RG Wing Zero Custom, $30. But for some damn damn reason ver ka Sinanju is $95.
Originally I was looking for a Banshee, Proto Zero, AGE-1 Spallow, or Blitz.....idk how I ended up with Sazabi.

how come sinanjua's the most expensive of them all?
is it because it's titanium finish?
--------------------------------------------
just finished building and topcoating one of the P-Bandai that i own from back when i was still in japan.it's been awhile i've used a topcoat too.lol
MG AGE-2 SP Ver
Spoiler:
by looking at it,somehow i understand the reason why this variation in MG & HG got a high demand for reissue for the 3rd time this year.
