This is actually eerily similar to a recent experience of mine. I recently lost my virginity to a girl that I consider a friend(even though I barely knew her in High School). As others have said, if you have some sort of attraction towards her and she already made it obvious that she lusts for you, then go for it.
You don't HAVE to be in a relationship or anything afterwards unless it ends up going that way, and even then if you don't want that, you can say no.
If for anything, I would do it for the experience so you can be better at it when the time comes for the one you want to be with.
