I once had a classmate who had a 13 year old girlfriend... >_>
Parents were ok with it, but age of consent is still 14 over here and that couple was real awkward to look at somehow.
Anyway, sucks for your friend shagwell. This is just fukken ridiculus...

Pah, anyway, in the world of statrape (as it's now called) you're in the little league, small fry. You need to man up and fuck someone who's underage in most countries in the world.

Yes, that is unfair, it is clear this 'girl' deceived him as well as everyone in the bar. For one why didnt he use that in his defense? This woman is drinking IN a bar which would never have been so if she was a minor, its logical for him to assume she was legal. She shouldve been kicked outta there since that is the law afterall (if she drank I think)
I wonder whats the moral of the story now... maybe you should ask the parents first what a girls age really is hohohohohoho. I mean damn! How can you really just know by looks nowadays

This is messed up on many levels, one the girl is at fault for not telling him her real age, second that guys life is messed up forever now because of this.

I think she must have had fake ID* to get in the bar in the first place. dude had a court appointed mouthpiece. and even if he had a better lawyer, the only differance probably would have been that she got charged with using fake ID. judges are dicks.
[size=10]*i remember that my friend's little brother got a fake ID from a guy who acctualy worked for the CA DMV. it was a real state issued ID, just the info was wrong. all the younguns had them. cost $100 each. i remember because they asked if i wanted one but i was already over 21.[/h]

I got to agree with MoneyDRuffy here I lost faith in the justice system as a young child, justice isn't right or wrong here, it's how much money you can pay to get the best lawyer, and pay off the judge and jury.

this leads me to another thought, and since i started this thread i think i have a right to derail it.
when do you tell your children that the cops are also out to get you? for small children i think they should trust the cops, in situations like if they get lost or someone is hassleing them. but eventualy, the cops will bust them. or even worse(imo), use the child to bust the parents. like the way they go to schools in the name of 'drug awareness', then ask the kids if they know anyone who does these things.
