Borscht~
I didn't take pictures of me shredding beats, because they stained my hands, I would suggest wearing gloves......but if you forget, get baking powder and rub them over your hands then run them under warm water, it got mine out pretty well - I'm not sure if it will work all the time, I just grabbed something absorbent and powder like
I will be updating my thread later this week with formatting and random stuffs

you really have a good taste about foods. How about soup in asian country? do you know one that is affordable and easy to prepare? and yet healthy :) thanks

Looks interesting, I can try it~ I think my mother makes a version of this and I just had some over the Christmas Holiday...she also made this fish ball soup that was pretty sour but still good
