Bookie, my favorite dish to cook for myself is Chicken Cordon bleu, I make it a bit different than normal, but my friends usually tell me I make it really good. Have you made it before? I'm curious how you would cook it, or if you would do anything different like me to make it better :D
as I told you before though, I don't have as many opportunities to cook as I used to though.

Im making Cordon Bleu tomorrow, I used Gruyere Cheese (or swiss mixed with mozz) Prosciutto, and home made bread crumbs (old bread, usually wheat, put through a food processor with parsley, salt and pepper) and a garlic egg wash

You ever try it with some cream cheese in the center? I love adding some in the center with the swiss haha, also, if you ever need a decent crumb for the outside use smashed Ritz crackers, much better than regular haha

I use either a basic cream sauce, or a hollandaise sauce on top.
I love Ritz as crumbs, but I mainly do that to top casseroles or mac and cheese
I will try to take pics, but it is for my dinner class

So I have been experimenting with Egg rolls and fillings
I've done a rotisserie chicken egg roll with blue cheese (not...the best.....)
Cheese steak egg rolls (so good with chili ketchup)
and most recently a honey ham and cheese egg roll
I was wondering if people had some other ideas for non traditional egg rolls to try?
I am also going to experiment this week with a "Bacon Sushi" where I make a quinoa risotto and roll it up in a bacon weave......but idk how that will go
I still need to upload my Chicken Cordon Bleu pics and recipe for Devaura, and ranom food pics from food I made for friends this week
I will get to your requests eventually!
