The Matrix theory discrining illusion from reality
If we where in the matrix would you want to be pulled out ?

If our real lives now were a fake illusion like the matrix would you want to wake up to a barren world where everyday is a struggle for survival?
How would deal with your situation ? Would you freak out and reject truth like neo first did and attempt to reinstate your self back into the matrix to live your "normal life again" or would you try to come to terms and live in the barren wastland with a zion like city struggling to survive not knowing if machines will come to end it all ?

I would rather wake up and fight for the right cause, and not just in the matrix, but also in real life.
People in general need to stop daydreaming and face reality, because people on this planet are trapped in a illusion right now not knowing what the fuck is going around in the world.

I'd rather live in peace. If nothing happens that makes the world we live in worse than the one outside we live in, why should we bother living in the crapsack world? If I were forced to choose between living somewhere that requires ungodly low standards to live in and has me constantly live in fear of something that can easily destroy me in an instance or living in a peaceful illusion where I was safe, then I'd choose the safe illusion.

I would like to know that I am in the matrix and I would possibly train myself to bend it, but never leave it.
It raises a good serious topic discussion about the nature of reality and all but let's just keep it to what it is.

I would want to leave the matrix, I prefer to live in a world with justice and logic...
But I can't swallow pills.

This, a lot.
I'd have to be like "could I get, like, a couple of glasses of water, if that's ok?"
I'd be fine with "blue syringe, or red syringe?", though.

This, but for me pills are fine.

Or you'd just die because of any of the dozens of reasons that could kill you. Even if you do grow up to become a stronger person, what would you do with it? Unless you have godlike powers, you can't stop an oppression by yourself. You'll spend every day for the rest of your life struggling to simply survive, rather than live in peace. You'll die a stronger person, but you'll likely have only accomplished a tiny amount of advancement more than the person who has lived comfortably and enjoyed their life in peace. If a rebellion is formed and manages to beat the oppressors, then great. Your struggling will have gotten you somewhere. If you lose to the superior forces, then all your struggling would be for nothing. And remember that losing would be a very realistic possibility, as life is not a movie.

Yes, I may die, but that is a normal thing; people die everyday.Struggling? Many people are struggling as we speak.I don't claim to have godlike powers or anything like that, but even if I died, I at least died doing something, unlike the person living in peace oblivious to the struggle.

So it seems like most would be okay with escaping the life they have presently and fight it out in some sought of post apocalyptic distopyian world ?

I'd rather get out of The Matrix so I can know how to program said matrix,
THEN I would hop back into the matrix so I can live the way I envisioned.
that or just takeover the matrix and turn it into a 2-D Anime world;

Probably not.
Maybe I'd follow along with their little story for a bit, and them forget about it.
I'm a coward what can I say. If the agents ask, hell, I'm telling.
Also, I'll probably commit suicide if it ever comes to finding out that this is all a simulation.

I would stay in the Matrix. Even if it is not the "Real World" it is still reality. My argument is covered relatively extensively though out Sword Art Online (novels).

Matrix might be not such a distant thing after all: Physicists May Have Evidence Universe Is A Computer Simulation

Could the Battery thing really work in real life ?Depends really. Human efficiency in terms of energy is only about 10%, so about 90% is being dissipated as heat. If machines can create some cheap chemically bonded energy that they cannot release by, say, burning or otherwise - it might seem as a legit solution.
