Do you know a way to get dough off of pans a bit more easier?
Someone left 30+ pans with tons of dry dough on them and I went crazy, took me a hour and I got all wet again.

okay if the dough is dry use a DRY cloth and wipe it off. It should just drop off easily. Then proceed to clean in usual manner~

Let it fully dry befor ecleaning otherwise your gonna be stuffing around with it all night.

Well i am guessing that you are talking about the pans that have dough on them that were uncooked correct?

When i do those i leave them empty on the racks for about 20 mins after taking as much as i can off at speed. Then wipe with the cloth firmly to take off the last of the residue.

Therefore you not impending on the possibility of finishing on time, also gives you time to do other jobs before returning to finish the job. Make sense?

Unless you are removing dough from left overs.... which i usually do the next day before the next shift.

We place them one on top of another and we leave them in a big stack, I try to clean off what I can but then we get busy and I fail...

Just asking why is their "wet" dough on these pans? if they were used to cook pizza you wouldn't have that problem. And if the dough was good it should peel off fairly easily if it hadn't been cooked~

OT: I really love pizza, but since I'm on a students budget I cant make it too often. And when I get some (3 pack freezed) I have to make a Pizza Day (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) since I dont have a freezer.

Nah. Just regular pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars.
