Happy J/K-Pop, my super squishy (or lumpy, according to Andrew) pillow, an ice cold glass of sweet tea, cuddling, or just straight up taking a nap...

A good back rub (from self or others), going for a drive (works when I'm irritated or need to just get out of the house), calming music on my iPod's radio app (I think one I really like is called Healing Music from some Belgium-based web station!), and being with animals.

They are to me. I've never been able to take them. I also hate them. They're quite boring.
However, more and more well-rounded people I know are.. taking naps. I'm starting to wonder if it'd be a good idea, that this.. boring, strenuous activity might have some .. benefits of some kind. [I'm terrible at the clearing-of-the-mind and the 'relaxing' thing, so I have to try really hard to fall asleep.]
I'm sure there's something somewhere on the benefits of napping...

Games, unless I get salty. Then just laying around with music on. Or sleep when I am tired. Watch a funny anime

A plush Hamtaro I secretly keep. I've had it for years and I also have another one still in it's box unopened.

Ooooh, yeah, mending and maintenance is also therapeutic.
I find doing work like picking at something, small detail work, or some kind of handicraft really relaxes and focuses me.
Weeding works great for that too~
