Hookah.
The rain.
Patchoulli incense.
Anything lavender scented.
Meditation.
Stretching.
Sparring.
Warm things.
Floating around in water aimlessly.

-Pipes
-Drinks
-Jazz, Folk, or Blues
-Mending, maintaining, repairing my various trinkets (sharpen knives, clean guns, fix the many antiques I have collected, etc)
-Youtube videos of various comedians
Ooooh, yeah, mending and maintenance is also therapeutic.
I find doing work like picking at something, small detail work, or some kind of handicraft really relaxes and focuses me.
Weeding works great for that too~
Never been much for gardening, myself- mostly because I can't tell what from what.
You keep a vegetable garden?

Nah, but used to - overgrown now, need to fix that.
But since my mother has to work on selling our home ( ;-; divorce = can't afford to really keep it, and no use having so much space with us kids grown) we've been doing a lot of weeding in the front and back yards to keep it good looking.
I saw a great webcomic/comic once: the artist claimed weedpulling was therapeutic, because, if you do it just right and pull out the roots, it's "like pulling someone's head off with the spine attached". XD

Aye. Bummer.
Hope the divorce wasn't too rough.
I think I may actually know which webcomic you're talking about, but I can't for the life of me remember what the hell it was.
On-Topic: Add 'Reading Webcomics' to the list.

Dunno why i find it relaxing but it is.I think I once read that ticking watches or a constant dull beat per second is very therapeutic (to an extent... we all know how infuriating a LOUD tick can become, I'm sure!) as it mimics the mother's heartbeat we heard in the womb.
Hence why some babies fall asleep faster while held to your chest. :)

Playing my guitar. Nothing's more relaxing for me. I generally play rock music, but to relax I play a lot of acoustic stuff, very soothing :3

- Watching anime on my laptop in my room late at night, with lights off and a large mug of mildly hot Milo (it's a chocolate flavoured drink), just before sleeping.
- Watching Ika Musume or any other funny anime.
- Listening to relaxing music (YUI, and slow progressive rock, etc.)
- Watching AKB48 videos
- Walking home slowly after having a run in the park.

Sound of my fan, my blanket, listen to Angels and Airwaves, taking my mutt on a walk, doodle, kicking or tossing my soccer pillow around and my rottweiler plushie.

Music+games? Those do good. The regular things...I should draw again..It made me happy to draw anime characters.

time. Best way for me to relax. Just have time to do what I want and I'm always going to be mellow.
