Things that always freak you out in films

That movie was the shit. But I noticed that when I see someone getting their Achilles tendon cut, I tend to wince. Happened when I was watching Hostel and Kill Bill. That, and that one bit from the Jackass movies when they used manila envelopes to papercut the webbing between their fingers. It's not anything gruesome, but it's a familiar pain that you can easily relate to, making it that much harder to watch.
