Its a bit rough to explain in english [at least for me] but the act is described as 'mindfulness in waking'. It's kinda like regular meditation
but the 'waking' is actually just going about your regular day as is.

I don't russle my jimmies. Nor get them russled. But a bit of purple sticky punch or a round on the old handheld calms the savage beast in me.

I'll take my bike and run around the streets. Take time but I would always feel better and much calmer.

I tend to calm down in more "violent" methods actually. Screaming, boxing, and shot put, but if that does not help I lock myself away and listen to instrumental music or read a book. It all depends on what I am calming down from, what the stress may be.

I play extremely violent video games where I pretend that the people I'm killing are the people I'm currently mad at. Usually does the trick.
