solar plexus blow can make your opponent freeze for a moment and make it difficult for him to breath but it cannot knock out an opponent (watch hajime no ippo new challenger episode 11-12, where ippo was hit by solar plexus blow but still been able to fight)......

i have no top punches, bec it always depends on the situation... its not the punch you use, its the target and the time consumed that counts(and also how u use ur body as ur whole fist)... i wont tell you the best target i know, so dont ask.... and so the best punch for me is the jab.

strong (depends on ur str) fast, and short. and with lots of practice, u can hit without notice.

jab is the longest range of punch, since the puncning shoulder is pointed to your opponents direction,you can increase jab my moving your body with it, like a side step then jab......hard to explain in words....wanna spar with me?.....lol

Kill someone with one punch? I just wish I could kill someone without getting thrown in jail.

It seems like a great experience. I mean, as long as the person was bad, like a rapist or child molester or murderer. You could see firsthand how the body reacts to different things and what it looks like on the inside.

Yeah, going to medical school, you'd be able to inspect cadavers, but that's not the same. I wanna cut up a real person. :(

I don't think med school will teach you anything about how to hurt people. It'll just teach you about how the body works and reacts and such. And you'll eventually cut open a dead body. I think. I'm not a med student, so I'm not too sure.

i think the only way you can kill someone with a single punch is by either having a really buffed up arm or seriously know enough about the human body to know when to hit the most vital parts...wait if i remember right i think i saw one guy on riple's that can kill people(well make them unable to breath and die) with just a punch but i think its a hoax (--,) but you'll never know since the guys into martial arts.
