but if you wait around 5 minute and there is nothing shown, try to 2x click on .exe several time and also 2x click on .reg by several time too...on me its work with OS windows 7...=)

Curious and Wondering
Ah, nostalgia. Although these early eroges weren't the ones I first played, these still look good. I haven't played this yet, probably someday out of spare time I will.

This was my first h-game also and I have to said I enjoyed it a lot when I played it some years ago.
Other nice game was "Three Sister's Story" and if I recall well there was another one called "Nocturnal Illusion". That game was nice also.
Thanks Jacob for remind me of this things.

Well, Fakku seems like a good place to ask this question, since it IS affecting my VN's(including this one!). SO, a few months ago, MIDI files just dropped dead and stopped playing on my computer. I tried opening them with mpc and wmp but all I got was the little time bar thingy at the bottom moving and no audio. I don't know what happened with it, but it just stopped playing. I didn't download anythign new or change any settings so I don't know why this is happening. Im on Vista by the way.
Note: For some reason, games like Bible Black and Discipline play the MIDI in game just fine but when I go to the midi folder outside the game, it doesnt play correctly. This game just says "Cannot play music!" and makes me click the Ok option.

Double clicking the *.reg file is (for some reason) not installing the registry info. It is simply asking to be opened by notepad. I have the True Love directory located @ (C:/trulve), so its named properly and located in the right place. Can anyone help me and tell me what I'm f'ing up here?
PS. I think all i need to do is copy the reg file into the right windows directory folder, however I'm at a loss as to where and what that folder might be.
Edit:
K - so I'm an idiot. The 'program' that windows needs to run when trying to load the *.reg file is 'Regedit".
If you are having the same problem that I had (the truelove.reg file, when double clicked, asks what program to use to open it), select 'regedit' from your windows directory (C:/WINDOWS). Otherwise naming the folder less than 6 characters long and locating the 'true love' folder directly into your base C:/ drive should work on XP. I haven't tried it on my vista nor my win 7 machine yet.

True Love is such a classic. It's like the Hot Tails of the H-game world.
There's just a handful of VNs like this.
I think it's less of a VN and more of a dating sim with H-scenes. I think most dating sims of the time also employed the whole "statistics system".

Waaaaa!! Now here's a classic! And a fantastic one at that!!
I remember that you could get one ending even with your best (guy) friend... big shock back then... though I found the guy little sister's events much funnier... Final Oxymoron VII indeed...
Thnxs for a bunch of good memories!! (perverted and not alike!)

Guess I'll have to give this game a shot. I've only been playing VNs for 4 years or so, so I don't really know and haven't played a lot of old classic stuff.

I have Windows 7 64bit and it works. I put the folder in the c drive directory (Computer -> Local Disk C), renamed the folder to TruLuv, ran the registry file, and ran the exe. I didn't even set it to use administrator or compatibility mode.
