I, myself, have very little experience with this type of thing (or with girls in general... >.>) , but I'd rather for you as my partner, to tell me straight-forward, instead of beating around the bush.

For me at least, I believe that in a relationship, both partners need to be trust-worthy enough that if something like this situation happens and you tell him/her straight up, they'll be understanding enough and willfully accept it. If you feel like your partner is not trust-worthy enough to handle the situation maturely, then you guys need to work out some of the kinks.

I'd also agree that you should take the lead in this situation. From an inexperienced guy like me, showing me the correct way to do things seems more pleasurable and a better way to learn from those experiences.

anyway, I know for a fact that you NEED to tell him whats wrong. But don't say it bluntly. Teach him how to kiss, slowly... Guys love it when the girl is the one in charge. Tell him to start slowly... touch the tip of the tongue slightly to your lips, sync with you, feel you... At least my girlfriend told me she loved it when i was teaching her how to kiss, cuz we were like kissing non stop for hours while i was teaching her the french kiss. ;)

hmmm its good to keep things at a steady pace. nowadays everything is too fast. btw my opinion it would be better to discuss after then offer practice sessions. it might be like sex too so i would approach it the same way. he/she would want to strive to improve and all.

Part Two: Would your feelings\ego get hurt if I told you straight up that you need to improve your kissing skills? (No, I wouldnt feel at all hurt as long as I have plenty of opportunity to practice) :P

I'm a guy who when I first started was sort of like that. She stopped me and told me to slow down. My pride wasn't really hurt any I just thought of it as a learning experience and tried to find more ways to make her feel good.

NOTE TO WOMEN: Guys are generally (not always) pressured to "just know" what a woman wants, which can be EXTREMELY frightening to a guy with little to no experience (like your virgin boyfriend) who doesn't want to make any mistakes around you and look like an ass. So being explicitly told what to do to satisfy you is such a massive relief, that I think he could stand the embarrassment of being told he was liquefying your face.
