Turning my attention to your other question, I have never been so cruel as to open it to the public when announcing something to someone that they should know. I can word things like an absolute dick, but it's not on purpose, and isn't meant to hurt.

All I can say is you could have been more subtle about it. You were way too open about and also putting it in your MSN name, that's kind harsh. Since then it's option for anyone to look at it. As many others have said, you pulled a dick move. You were justified in how you felt about the situation, but you went about it all wrong. She's likely not to listen to your advice about her and her boyfriend now. Bringing up an abortion as a joke, while it may get her full attention, will only make her angry at you.
