What amazing sandwich filling combinations have you had?

as the title mentions, "What amazing sandwich filling combinations have you had?"
me? well, i loooove peanut butter so one of my favorite ones is honey, peanutbutter and ham in a sandwich, but english mustard and peanut butter go together surprisingly well.

i like it with ham sweet cheese and tomato slices

Salami, ham, corned beef, pickles, cheese, cream cheese, french onion sauce, mayo, mustard, green peppers, wax peppers, salt and pepper on potato bread.

SPAM or bacon, salad, tomato, a bit of mustard between two toasted buns. Plus a side of hot chips.

Best lunch ever.

Or a croissant with ham and melted cheese on top.

A double decker fried baloney sandwich with pickles, onions, mayo, mustard, pepper, and poor brothers Sweet Maui Onion potato chips. a lunch of champions.

all of these made me chuckle xD ive never really thought of putting more than three different things in a sandwich before, but i may have to try all of these at some point, they sound amazing :D

salami, Provolone cheese, Smoked Gouda, Smoke ham, Italian Slaw, and Fries on a Sourdough Baguette.

I like Italian style sandwiches whit:
Ciabatta bread, salami, sun dried tomatoes, salad and some nice cheese.

Peanut butter with scrambled egg.

Bacon, Spam, Cheese and Egg sandwich with chili sauce...

For jam it's peanut butter + hazelnut or hazelnut + cheese

I discovered the most delicious chili paste I've ever had, it's called "sambal oelek" (made by Huy Fong) and it tastes amazing with chicken, turkey, and mixes incredibly with mayonnaise. So these days my sandwich fillers contain:

- mayo / chili paste mixed together to form the flavour awesomeness that they do
- some fresh spinach leaves (not too fond of lettuce)
- either a slice of processed cheese, or a triangle of "vache qui'rit" (aka the laughing cow) cream cheese
- a few slices of lilydale smoked turkey (strips, not processed sandwich meat)

It is *perfection*, i love these sandwiches.

I would like to eat chipotle on who half of my sandwhich and the other half honey mustard. The meat I would used would be chicken and beef. The vegetable I would used is tomato, onions (white or red), green pepper, olive, mushroom, and jalapeno(not a lot if it fresh). If thre a new sauce that sound itn eresting I would try it then decide what to put in it.

Mayonaise + nutella + salami/ham

Bologna and mustard.

An odder one would be butter, sugar, and cinnamon. The butter basically acts like glue so the sugar and cinnamon can stick. It's quite good. But I doubt it's good for you. I can't remember where I learned that particular combination from...

Hot grilled/fried chicken slices-lettuce-tomato-onions-cheese-mayonnaise-bacon-in a grilled whole wheat wrap.

Now I'm hungry! lol

I made a spicy southwestern green chile mustard, grilled garlic lemon chicken, paprika aioli, and arugula salad with avacado. I then put that onto some focaccia I made the other day. It was really good.

Corned beef with scrambled eggs, ketchup and you standard sandwich spread.
