What amazing sandwich filling combinations have you had?

I've found that avocado can be a pretty delicious part of a sandwich.

Ketchup should never go on a sandwich. On a burger it's fine, but not a sandwich.

eggs, cheese, lettuce, tometoes, mayonnaise, ketchup, chilli sauce, and whatever ingredients on fridge I see fit to be eaten with two piece of bread.

I dont eat that many sandwiches, but recently I really like cheddar, lettuce and turkey between two pieces of bread (preferably baked with self-rising flour and beer - it has this different taste to it).
