What are your sleeping conditions?

Now for a really random question, what are your sleeping conditions? By this I mean, what are the things that you need in order to get a perfect night's sleep? Being an avid sleeper, I know what I want and need in order to visit the lands of candy rabbits and hybrid cowgirls (see https://www.fakku.net/viewmanga.php?id=4872 for clarification). My sleeping conditions are that it has to be cold since I tend to radiate heat like well a radiator when I'm in bed. So because of that I sleep with a fan on directed at my bed, windows open if it's a chilly night, and sleep in my boxers. I also need the radio on because silent quietness bothers me for some reason, so I need some sort of noise going on that isn't too annoying. And lastly, I usually but not always drink milk and watch TV. TV to bore me to sleep and the milk to relax my body. I think I've covered mostly everything, so now I want to know what the FAKKU community needs to do in order to count dead sheep. Well maybe not dead sheep but you get the picture. Or not.

i Need my room to be cold if not freezing, i have NEVER been able to sleep in a room that's warm/hot. Complete darkness is also a must even the tiniest light will keep me up and i also need to go into a daydream like state before my body finally relaxies enough to the point where i pass out.

Hmmm... There are a few things I have to do. First my fan has to be sitting in an open window full blast, then i play some J-Pop in the background... I then browse the interwebs until I fall asleep :P that usually works for me

All I need is to be tired enough and I can sleep virtually anywhere. I fell asleep standing once or twice.
My sleeping habits are extraordinarily bizarre. If I've no obligations on said day, I could very well sleep the whole damned day- but with work, I find that I can function perfectly fine on three hours a night. And sometimes, I'd stay up for several days in a row- with a current record of nine. (I'm not doing that again- I started seeing things on day seven. I think).

I have to have something covering me when I sleep, whether it's a thin sheet in the summer or a thicker blanket in the winter, or...even just the cats sleeping on me. When it's hot, I need several fans blowing on me or else I can't sleep.

I usually just go to sleep pretty well when I sleep with my boyfriend. But when he is away I need to sleep with some music or else I don't sleep.

All I need is to be warm, be in a "laying down" position (belly, back, sides) preferably with a head support i.e. pillow. If I'm not in a "laying down" position I usually stretch my torso out over top of something and put my head in between my crisscrossed arms.
Here is something that might be and might not be relevant but, when I take a nap at any time of the day I can only sleep for a maximum of 2 hours. Does anyone else notice something like this? Or do you simply not take naps?

Bed in a corner, need at least two walls on the sides. I like to be cold so I can use my blankets effectively and I need music or anime or something. Just some sort of enjoyable sound. And I like it to be as dark as possible.

If my girlfriend isn't spending the night then I need to have the T.V on. I can't sleep in dead silence for whatever reason.

I just need to be sleepy, and no excessive sounds.
I can sleep anywhere. Obviously not standing though.

Usually for me bed has to have a wall on one side(usually cause i toss and turn and start hitting things or my pillows fall off), gotta have a blanket(thin for summer, medium thickness for winter), and windows always, and I mean ALWAYS has to be open(even a crack) cause the outside air is refreshing since its usually windy here. Best season I get sleep is winter cause that cold air makes me keep myself warm, and being a fat 260lbs guy that shaved his head i do get chilly during the day since I usually would wear sweats and a t-shirt or a coat and shorts(either way I'm usually wearing flip-flops) oddly enough just describing those could make me sleep anywhere basically. Nice thing is recently my room is 3 degrees colder so far(53F) than it was last year(56-60F).

Nothing really specific, all I need is somewhere to lay down on, floor even works and I can fall asleep. Don't really need anything special at all except for to be comfortable enough, ie if it's cold I need a blanket or something, warm then I'll just deal with it but taking off some clothes.

I can sleep pretty much anywhere under reasonable conditions (I'm not about to sleep in a dumpster, for example). As long as I can, I'll probably sleep there with little to no problem.

A fan blowing on me, covers on, I can pretty much sleep in any clothing and feel comfortable, sometimes a steady noise helps too (in that case the electrical humming of the fan), when I am undergoing a nightmare scare, I turn on the TV (for some reason it never failed)

And I like it to be as dark as possible.Exactly this (save what I scratched). I have very thick shades over my windows, as well as blinds. My room is painted a very dark green (believe it or not; used to be a light blue) as to get the least amount of light reflected throughout the room, and my bed is in the corner, against the small amount of wall that's on the same wall as my windows and a wall to my right, when lying down on my back.
Also, I can not fall asleep anywhere that is not a bed at a relatively safe location. No matter how tired I am, I can not, nor will I ever, be able to fall asleep anywhere where I am not lying down. In a vehicle, I can become extremely tired, on the brink of slumber, but no matter what, my body will not allow me to sleep, but only make my eyes even heavier.
A fan, or some form of white noise helps, but isn't necessarily required.
