What are your sleeping conditions?

To have a good night's sleep, I need to have a warm bath, a soft bed, two huge soft pillows, a thick cotton blanket, a cold room, and the lights turned off.

The room must be cool. Freezing might do, but it's not particularly healthy in the long run.
And comfortable pillow. Jesus, do I hate pillows that aren't comfortable. Most annoying thing ever.

It needs to not be cold when I sleep, I need a flat surface to sleep on and at least one of my arms. That's the bare minimum.

Requirements in order for me to have a good night's sleep:
1. Room must be at least in the 60 degree-range.
2. Anything that generates heat [TV, computer, ect.] must be turned off.
3. Fans must be on at ALL times.
4. I need a level head.
5. I need covers. Not sheets. Covers.
6. I need my Manaphy plush doll. :3
I'll toss and turn all night if all these requirements aren't met.

In order for me to sleep i need to have my room at least 80-85 degrees, I need to have my thickest and softest pillows and blankets on me and i have to be in just my boxers

Normally I need total darkness to sleep. This means even a small light can bother me. I have to be covered in all sheets, including a bed sheet and comforter. Plus wearing some night pants and an old shirt. Normally the old shirt are from when I was extremely overweight so they are nice and big now.

Ideally, I sleep with a fan, a thick blanket, and a body pillow/something to spoon. It's hard for me to get to sleep without something/someone to hold in my arms, and the fan is for noise (and cooling off from a recent fap >.>)

Cold room, ear-plugs, dual layers of blankets (1 tucked in, the other just over the tucked in blanket), wool socks, 100% dark, and I must feel tired (I truly cannot force myself to sleep early if my body is not tired).

A blanket, I can't sleep with out one.
A fan or some other form of white noise.
A dark room.
Sleeping pills(not the strong kind, this is somewhat optional. I need them for a good sleep, but not to sleep in general).

Melatonin? I personally use that as a natural sleep aid if by bed time my eyes are like O.O

What dose do you normally take, for me it is 1/4 of a 3mg tablet. Enough to shut my overactive mind off.

I use to be on the tablets, but I switched out to the pills. I take one before I go to sleep every other night, sometimes less. I'd need to look at the bottle to get the exact dosage/mg.

A dark room, and a chilly room but warm and cozy under blankets. My fan goes 365 days of the year because I sleep well with the noise.
And as corny as it sounds, I enjoy the company of the boyfriend. I have a hard time retaining heat ;| and he's like a fucking radiator so it works out well between the two of us.
There's something more relaxing about not sleeping alone too - it's much more comforting that I've gotten to the point where even if we don't go to bed at the same time, I ask him lay down with me for a few minutes until I doze off. It's almost gotten to be a requirement similar to my fan needing to be on <__
